Typically, a two-bedroom home takes our team about 1.5 – 2 hours to clean. For larger houses, we send larger NexDo teams so that the professional home cleaning service can be finished in less time. With this in mind, rest assured NexDo offers fixed pricing rather than an hourly rate. This means that whether the task takes 3 hours or 5 hours, you’ll be paying the same amount.

Before your cleaning service, we would recommend decluttering the area to make space for the cleaners to work around. Do take away all your personal belongings, and whatever you find on your countertops. The less clutter there is, the easier it will be for the cleaner to access the areas and clean them thoroughly. Unless you have booked for dishwashing, we’d prefer it if you cleared out your sink for easy access to clean your sink and countertops. 

If you have pets, we’d recommend keeping them away from the cleaners while they carry out the service to prevent distractions and avoid any possible allergic reactions.

If it’s your first time booking for a professional home cleaning service, do let the cleaner know if you need any extra items covered. The NexDo customer service team will be able to help you out here. The service provider will simply inform our team regarding any extra service you want to add, and the team will call you regarding the extra costs. We will also be internally upgrading your booking so that you don’t have to do any extra work.

Yes! However, this is an extra cost to our standard cleaning packages. We base our prices on the width of the window. Our fee for internal window cleaning is $7 per window that is under 2 meters wide, and $12 per window that is over 2 meters wide.

We can do external window cleaning charged at double the cost. For instance, if you are to book for an internal and external window clean, you will have to add double the amount of window items to your cart when booking.

For health and safety reasons, our service professionals can only clean external windows that are reachable without the use of a ladder.

Yes, all our service providers are insured. Before NexDo brings onboard service providers, we require Public Liability insurance to cover any damage, if in case something happens while the service is in progress.
