All our prices are inclusive of GST, products and equipment, and transport fees. Rest assured that your home will be left fresh and clean without any surprise costs that you did not agree to.

Yes, but this is an extra cost to our standard cleaning packages. We base our prices on the width of the window. Our fee for internal window cleaning is $7 per window that is under 2 meters wide, and $12 per window that is over 2 meters wide.

We can do external window cleaning charged at double the cost. For instance, if you are to book for an internal and external window clean, you will have to add double the amount of window items to your cart when booking.

For health and safety reasons, our service professionals can only clean external windows that are reachable without the use of a ladder.

Before your cleaning service, it is best to declutter the area to make space for the cleaners to work around. Take away all your personal belongings, clothes, spare change lying around, dirty dishes, fragile items, toys, and whatever you find on your countertops. The less clutter there is, the easier it will be for the cleaner to access the areas and clean them thoroughly. Unless you have booked for dishwashing, it is best to clear out your sink for easy access to clean your sink and countertops.
