Yes, NexDo service providers do bring their own cleaning and equipment supplies. Our window cleaners do not use the same cleaning materials such as cloth or rags.

• Choose an appropriate package – “Standard Cleaning-Package” or choose your separate room items or area under “Standard Cleaning-Per Item” 

• Add extras according to your needs. Go through the checklist!

• Checkout by clicking the “Book Now” button.

• Select the date and time for the service. Add your address, and fill out additional information. 

• Proceed to the payment gate via debit/credit card, Paypal, or by topping up your NexDo wallet and paying from there. 

• Nope! NexDo’s fixed-price business model allows you to book services at the exact price. You’ll know exactly what you will be getting for the price you pay for. All our prices are inclusive of GST, products and equipment, and transport fees. Our services will leave your home fresh and clean with any surprise costs.

Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have so that our customers can get services done at their convenience.

  Rescheduling 2 hours or more before your appointment – free of charge

  Rescheduling within 60 minutes prior to scheduled appointment or on-site (When the professional is at your house) – 50% of the total cost of the job

• No, our service prices are fixed regardless of the day you choose. No surprises! No hidden charges! Our prices cover GST, products and equipment, and transport fees.

• Unlike professional equipment, most rental machines cannot provide the same level of cleaning as professional equipment. The cleaning product will either be inferior or unable to perform as needed. Thus, it is important to hire someone who is best at it. 

• Within 48 hours, we strive to resolve all comments or issues as soon as possible. Our team is hands-on and values customer feedback. In addition, we have an automated feedback system that allows you to rate the service and leave a comment after a task is completed. It makes tracking and addressing concerns easier and faster. • Yes, we are fully insured. NexDo requires Public Liability insurance before onboarding service providers. This covers any damage if anything goes wrong during the service.

• No, it is not necessary that you have to be home during the cleaning service. However, it is up to you. You can be home during the service and communicate with our cleaners during the initial cleaning. 

• On average, window cleaning takes around 5 hours. However, depends on how much cleaning is needed. For example, if there are lots of smudges and fingerprints, it might take longer hours than expected.

• You will be able to contact your assisted cleaner via the downloaded app. If not, you can reach our customer support via email, phone, or chat support.

• Booking with us does not bind you to any cleaning contract. We provide flexible home cleaning services that let you choose when and how often you want your home cleaned.

• Researching the cleaning company you are considering is essential to ensuring that your expectations are met. It is essential to read through the checklist provided for the cleaning service in order to avoid any misunderstandings. To begin with, you can take down all your binds/curtains to prepare for window cleaning. Our cleaners would also appreciate it is you could move away your furniture from the windows.
