It’s simple! Once you sign up you will be able to earn the equivalent of your first month’s cleaning bill as Airpoints dollars immediately after your 6th month invoice is paid with NexDo
You will be eligible to earn your Bonus Airpoints after your 6th month invoice is paid. If there are any pauses in service in the first 6 months, the bonus airpoints will be delayed by the same amount of paused time.
The ability to spend Airpoints Dollars on services is not currently available at NexDo. However, you are able to spend your Airpoints Dollars on a range of products on the Airpoints Store and on Air NZ flights.
Let your account manager know if you didn’t rate your first clean and we can assign a new highly rated cleaning team.
If you didn’t like your first clean and wish to cancel your contract, you can notify us by emailing your account manager within the first 48 hours. You will not be eligible for the Airpoints bonus if you cancel within your first 6 months.
Our team would request for your last 3 months cleaning bill and scope the work out to be able to match your price and reduce costs by 10%. We may have to reject offering the 10% savings if we find the price to be undervalued. We want all our cleaners to be fairly paid.
Yes! For every $75 you spend with us you will earn 1 Airpoint dollar in return.

You will earn an additional 20% sign up bonus from your 1st month bill in your 2nd year. The eligibility will follow the same as the first year.
Yes! You can opt for monthly or weekly cleaning reports from us. This will be automatically generated for you.
We have an operations team based out of New Zealand that regularly tracks our work. If a cleaning team doesn’t show up we will be the first to be notified and make sure we send a back up team to complete the clean.

All our cleaning teams are fully vetted through the Ministry of Justice with a minimum experience of 3 years.
Yes, Customers have the option to suspend cleaning services twice for up to 2 weeks within a given year (totaling 4 weeks). In such cases, the contract end date will automatically extend by an additional 2 or 4 weeks, and Airpoints bonus will also be delayed
- The bonus applies solely to new customers meeting the criteria for this promotion.
- NexDo reserves the right to decline this specific offer to any customer at their discretion.
- The Airpoints bonus will be disbursed in full once the customer’s 6th-month cleaning bill has been settled with no outstanding balance.
- Within the guaranteed 10% discount program, NexDo reserves the right to reject the offer if the customer’s current bill is significantly undervalued. An invoice may be considered undervalued if it doesn’t cover the costs required to compensate our service teams adequately, including minimum living wage and platform fees. The customer may choose to proceed with the offer at a newly quoted price by NexDo, which could exceed the current billing rate.
- Customers are required to link a credit card to our system for monthly charges.
- Payment terms: Monthly invoices will be generated by the last working day of each month. If the last working day falls on a holiday or public holiday, the next working day will apply, and the customer’s credit card will be charged by the 10th of the following month.

- In the event of uncleared payments on the credit card, the customer will receive a 3-day notice to settle outstanding balances. Failure to do so may result in NexDo immediately cancelling the agreement and withholding the bonus sign-up points.
- An additional 2% credit card fee will be levied on the customer’s account.
- Customers have the option to suspend cleaning services for up to 2 weeks twice within a given year (totaling 4 weeks). In such cases, the contract end date will automatically extend by an additional 2 or 4 weeks, and Airpoints will be granted.
- If a customer opts to cancel within the first 6 months, the value of the sign-up bonus will not be issued.
- Should a customer decide to cancel after receiving the sign-up bonus, they will be required to reimburse the company for the Airpoints dollars granted, along with a 20% premium on the Airpoints value granted.
