Yes, we are fully insured!

No, there are not. Our business model makes sure that you pay for what you have booked. Our final prices include GST, products, equipment, and transport fees.

All our bookings are made online. We accept payment methods such as debit, credit card, and PayPal, or you can top up your NexDo wallet and pay using that method. Once your booking has been made, we guarantee to get you a service provider to do the cleaning!

In instances when you may need to change your booking time, you can either contact us via email, call us to reach our customer support team or message us on our chat support through our website. We aim to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get services done at their preferred time, so our team is always available to attend to you with any queries or concerns. Please note the following rescheduling rates:

  • Rescheduling 2 hours or more before your appointment – free of charge
  • Rescheduling within 60 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment or on-site (When the professional is at your house) – 50% of the total cost of the job

Once your booking has been accepted by the NexDo team, you will be able to contact your provider through the app if you have it downloaded. Another option is to contact us directly via email at contact@nexdo.co.nz, call us, or message us via chat support and our customer support team will be able to assist you with any questions.

You can choose your preferred date and time for your service when booking online.

The earliest time you can book a service is usually the next day. In case you need a service urgently, NexDo’s customer support team is available via email, phone, or via chat support on our website to attend to any queries and we can try our best to accommodate you if possible.
