FLOOR CLEANING

Cleaning of all carpets in the office with the vacuum cleaner
Mopping of all non-carpeted office floors

Thorough internal oven cleaning to remove stains and residue. The oven is dismantled and all removable parts are cleaned thoroughly with an oven cleaning solution.

Carpet Cleaning:

Carpet shampooing/steaming for light to moderately soiled carpet. A heavy carpet stain removal upgrade for heavily soiled carpet is recommended.

(All floors to be vacuumed and furniture to be moved from the carpet before the professional arrives)

Sofa Cleaning:

Sofa cleaning and shampooing – make your sofas look brand new! We do not clean leather sofas.

Mattress Cleaning:

Mattress for light to moderately soiled mattresses. A heavy carpet stain removal upgrade for a heavily stained mattress is recommended.

*Mattress needs to be removed and placed in an open area for space to work around

Normal – A mulch mow for lawns maintained every 2 weeks

Long – A mulch mow for lawns maintained every 3-4 weeks

Overgrown – A mulch mow for lawns maintained over 4 weeks

Soft House Wash

A gutter cleaning will remove debris and clear the clogs from your downspout.
